By early-July at 7 months, we couldn't keep Titus away from "real"food so we would often give him something to eat while we eat. Something to chew on and maybe get little pieces of here and there. It would keep him from fussing while watching the rest of his family eat! By mid-August he was able to pick up and eat smaller bites of what we eat rather than having to just chomp on a big piece.
