So I must admit...we have a TON of outside toys...trikes, push cars & trucks, wagons, ride on toys, 2 slides, etc...but I'm happy to say that ALL of them are second hand and were extremely inexpensive (many were only $1.00 each at garage sales), but still in very good shape.
Even though we have lots and lots, they all get used--each of them just about every day. Isaiah loves to be outside, he always has, and he has so much fun on the toys...Even though he likes them all, I think he has two favorites - his little red and blue Radioflyer trike and his Little Red Car (I think it's supposed to be like the one that The Wiggles drive, but we've never seen their show).
So far Levi has been pretty content to sit in the stroller and watch his big brother play outside, but I have a feeling those days are very limited. :) He is getting to that stage where he really wants to be doing whatever the people around him are doing (especially eating, but also playing, walking, crawling). Just in the last week or two he's started to play with the outside toys. It's pretty cute. He can even push a few of them around--while he WALKS behind them! (I'm pretty sure we are going to have another early walker-Isaiah walked at 9 months 1 week, Levi turned 9 months old last Tuesday).
Look at how cute the boys were this weekend sharing (!!!) the red car.
